01Is it really free for me?
Yes. The organiser never pays on Captain. Players cover a 50p service fee per game — 30p if the team tops up the kitty. If you'd rather absorb it, upgrade to Club for £6 a month.
02What if a player can't make it last minute?
No refunds — keeps things tidy. Their balance stays in the team kitty and rolls over to the next game. The next person on the maybe list gets nudged automatically.
03Does it handle pitch payments?
Yes on every tier. SQUAD takes the player payments, deducts the pitch fee, sends the rest to your account every Monday.
04Will it spam my players?
No. One reminder 24 hours before kick-off, one nudge for unpaid players at half five. That's it.
05Can I run a women's team / mixed team / over-35s?
Yes. SQUAD doesn't care who's playing. No gendered defaults, no age locks.
